Learn LVGL 2.2 event behavior

First off, I am loving the new course!
I am on chapter 2.2 and have loaded the sketch to the CYD. The opening screen looks fine. However, whenever I press, click, long press, long press repeat, the relevant event is written on the screen but as soon as I let go of the button (with finger or stylus) it goes back to, “LV_EVENT_CLICKED”. Is this the expected behavior or should it instead show the last event captured?
I did copy the provided LVGL.conf.h in the library root directory, along with the other mods that were described.
I also tried recopying the bit above and re-uploading the sketch but there is no change.
Should this be the behavior?
Many thanks. Christian

Hi.
Yes, that is the expected behavior. Because once you release the finger, it assumes the last button event is clicked.

Sara
