1.6-Testing the display: I get the following compilation error:-

All library versions correct and config files modified as per instructions. Windows PC

Hi.
It seems you’re not placing the User_Setup file in the rightlocation.
Please double-check the instructions and the screenshots provided.
Tell me if after double-checking, you still have the same issue.
