The ESP32 has around 18 pins inputs & outputs pins. is it advisable to connect 18 Pir Motion Sensors HC-SR501 with esp module.

Hi.
I never tried using such a huge number of PIR motion sensors.
There are some pins with specific features and behavior, so I’m not sure if all pins can be used as interrupts simultaneously. Check the pinout: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp32-pinout-reference-gpios/
 
What was the maximum number of PIR sensors you used simultaneously?
