Dear Rui,

I wrote a program for the Node MCU Amica. It works properly when it is attached to the pc, but I want to use it standalone. I thought the program on the Node MCU would start when I power it up in standalone position. But nothing happens. What do I do wrong?

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Yvonne de Vries

  • How are you powering your board when it’s not connected to your computer? What’s your power source?

It might be a power related issue (not enough power).

  • Does your project require Wi-Fi capabilities? Is it fairly close to your router?

Thanks!
