I am a ham radio operator in US. All the books I look at for Software Defined Radio (SDR) assume more knowledge than I have. I am trying to find simplified explanation of how SDR works : how to go from time-series RF samples at antenna to audio output. My ideal book title would be “Elementary DSP : explaining SDR reception and demodulation to 6th grade science class” using verbiage, diagrams, animations, etc rather than math/calculus formulas – maybe have math appendix after descriptions are complete. Demodulation types I am interested in is AM and FM.

I know you probably can’t provide the information I’m seeking, but you might have contacts to pass my request on.

Thank you.

Hi James.
Thanks for the suggestion, but
Unfortunately, we’re not familiar with that subject and we don’t have any resources or contact to give you.
I’m sorry.
Regards,
Sara
