Powering ESP32 boards Pinouts

Hello
they are different ESP32 Boards out there – all have some Pinout for 3.3 or 5V and GND.
Are this for Output other device or also as Input for the device itself?
Asking because the box is a bit narrow to habe a USB connection and would need to cut the wire down

Hi.
The pins can be used for input (in that case, don’t use the USB) or for output (when you’re powering the board via USB).
