Hi.
Does the COM port shows up on your computer? Is the USB cable in good condition or is it damaged?
What error do you get on PC?
I’m not used to program using MAC OS. So, if you tell me the error you get on your PC, maybe I can better understand what might be causing the issue.

Regards,

Sara

Hi.
It seems an issue with the USB ports or cable.
Are you using a USB Hub? Sometimes they don’t work well to connect the ESP32 boards and other peripherals at the same time, like your mouse, for example.
Is the connector a bit loose on the port or does it feel tight?
We just use regular USB cables, usually the ones that come with the boards. Any regular cable with data wires should work.

Sara
