Hello,

  • Are you using a VPN?
  • From which country are you watching the videos from?
  • Are you using any “ad blocker” or similar extension in your browser? If so, can you disable/whitelist our website on that extension?

That domain has nothing to do with us. We use Vimeo.com to host our videos.

  1. From which country are you watching the videos from?
  2. Are you using any “ad blocker” or similar extension in your browser? If so, can you disable/whitelist our website on that extension?
  3. Which web browser are you using?

I am viewing from the USA. My browser is Chrome. I’m using Bitdefender virus software. I’m not sure how to do the whitelist setting. Thank you for responding so quickly. I just went to Vimeo.com and played a video on their site.

Is this the message that you get?

  • “Sorry Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.”

It shouldn’t be nothing to do with Bitdefender, only if it blocks websites javascript/cookies.

  1. Is your web browser blocking cookies?
  2. Are you using any “ad blocker” or similar extension in your browser?

Thank you for your patience!

In your browser, when you go on the top right corner to your “Menu” -> “Settings” -> Select “Extensions” on your left sidebar. Which extensions do you have in your web browser?
Or just type this to access the extensions page:
chrome://extensions/
