I don’t use that module but I can hazard a guess. The URL looks wrong and an NSLookup returns “Host not found”. Is “web.columbiamovil.com.co” correct? The “.co” on the end seems wrong and, if you remove it, I can nslookup the host.

- which antenna are you using? Can you use an antenna like I suggest in the tutorial?
- Does your mobile carrier still support 2G network?
