Thanks for your reply.
Just tonight I got everything to work.
The problem I encountered had to do with copying the commands on page 224. It seems that the line feeds that were embedded in the copied text were causing the problem. After removing line feeds and adjusting the spacing near the deleted line feeds everything worked fine.
I dont’t know if anyone else has had this problem but I was able to work through it.
Everything on page 225 and the first half of 226 has worked fine. I will forge on.
