i use pi4/8gb for home automation. After install node-red, mosquitto try reboot and ssh file missing from sd card.

Hi.
The file disappears but SSH is enabled from that on.
You don’t need to worry about that file.

Unfortunately, every time I reboot pi4 I have to reinstall the ssh file on the sd card, to appear in angryipscanner.

Which OS are you burning to your SD card? The RPi4 8GB requires a 64-bit OS. For Raspberry Pi OS 64 use the download from this thread and burn it using etcher or RPi Imager.

Hi.
That particular example doesn’t need a JavaScript file.
So, you need to remove the following line from the HTML file:

<script src="script.js"></script>
