I’ve contacted the video streaming service provider and they told me the following: “We are currently aware of an issue where videos with domain-level embed privacy are not playable on Safari for iOS 9.3, or Safari 9.1 for OSX due to a bug with Apple’s WebKit browser engine. This issue has been ticketed with Apple and can be found here:bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=155754Please check the following forum thread for updates regarding this issue: https://vimeo.com/forums/help/topic:281401” I hope this problem is solved quickly. Thanks for your patience, Rui

Hi all, iOS 9.3.2 has been released and I have just tested the video on my iPad Pro 9.7″, and everything seems to be working well. Ciao, Luca

I guess we should soon get a fix to this bug, the thread on the Vimeo forum says this: **UPDATE 4/7/2016** The next update to iOS (v9.3.2) will fix the browser issue causing domain-level privacy videos to return an error. We do not have an ETA for that update, as Apple does not comment on the timing of their future releases. Now things are in the hands of Apple, let’s see when iOS 9.3.2 will be published. Ciao, Luca

Hmm. Isn’t it better to change to a more serious provider of the video service??

This is not an issue with the video service provider, but rather a regression bug in Apple’s code, so neither Rui nor Vimeo can do much more than waiting for the bug to be fixed, unfortunately. <p> Luca

Hi Peter, I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve contacted Vimeo and they are the world’s video hosting provider. They are currently doing everything they can, but as Luca stated it’s a bug in the actual Apple devices that causes the problem.

I’m glad it’s finally fixed, thanks for the heads up Luca.
The text editor in the Forum is also fixed. The line breaks are working properly.
Thanks for the patience!
