Does anyone know a good Touch screen display that works well with The ESP32

Hi.

A good possibility is the Nextion display: https://makeradvisor.com/nextion-hmi-resistive-touchscreen-display/

Unfortunately, we don’t have any tutorial about that.

We have a tutorial with Nextion and Arduino. The interface with the ESP32 should be similar, but you may need to make some modifications to make it work.
