My mistake, in an attempt to slide in the missing espressif folder to my Arduino IDE Ver: 1.8.12 program’s hierarch as referenced in this github repository for loro\Arduino-esp32fs-plugin:
https://github.com/lorol/arduino-esp32fs-plugin
Installation
-
Arduino ESP32 filesystem uploader
Make sure you have mklittlefs[.exe] and mkfatfs[.exe] available at esp32 core installation folder. Look inside of \AppData\Local\Arduino15… or on zip IDE install, see “Setup->sketchbook location” hardware\espressif\esp32\tools
C:/User/myself/AppData/Local/Arduino15/packages/?????/Arduino/????…../hardware/ …ESP32/…ESP8266/…etc????
In my attempt to manually add the espressif folder, I have totally lost my train of thought and have created a non functional mess!

Hi.
I recommend using the latest version of Arduino IDE 2.
If you still want to use the legacy version, I recommend uninstalling and starting from scratch.
