TTGO LoRa32 V2.1.6 power over Pin gnd 5V not working

Hello 
i have a brand new TTGO LoRa32 V2.1.6 (aka T3 V1.6, aka LoRa32 V2.1 release 1.6): (my is T3 v1.6.1 20210104)
i setup and work powerd over usb. But i havent the place to power it like that.
i wish to power over GND and 5V Pin

Now it is not working, other TTGO with same Power do work, do i miss something on this board, anybody know this board?

Hi.
Is this the board that you have: https://github.com/LilyGO/TTGO-LoRa32-V2.1? 
I don’t have any of those boards to experiment with.
Do you have a multimeter to check if the power source is providing 5V?
Do you have any peripherals connected to the board?
I’m not sure if the 5V pin is input and output or just output. If it is just output, you won’t be able to provide power through that pin. It will help if you have the schematic wiring diagram of that board.
That board has a battery connector (in the image I’ve sent you, you can see the + and – signs). You probably need to use those to provide power (but I guess it is not proper for 5V).

yes it is this board!
yes the source it 5V other Board on the same wire boot and work.
right it it would be output 5V would be bad for me – but other ttgo Boards i am able to use this Pins too

Look at the +5 on the power page.  Each one them feeds a 3.3 volt regulator.
