I am at section 4.3 of the Smart home RPi, ESP8266, ESP32 book and I am unable to get the arduino to run. I unzipped the v2.0.4 to a folder /users/Documents/Arduino but when I run the .exe file, all I see is a blank white page with the logo pulsing in and out and then it goes completely blank. Before I tried to start arduino , i downloaded and installed the latest Java,    I am running Windows 11 up to date.

Hi.
I recommend using the Arduino legacy version 1.8.x.
That’s the one I always use and it works well.
Download the ZIP file for windows.
Let me know if you need further help.
Regards,
Sara
P.S. I’m currently out of the office so I might take longer than usual to answer back.
