Hello RNTL,
I just purchased the eBook and have downloaded it. There is a pdf in the zipped folder, but I am unable to open the file to view it.
Could you please let me know how I can open this pdf? All other pdf files are working fine for me.

All sorted, I managed to unzip the folder with 7-zip and open the pdf.
