Hi Sara,
I previously sent some feedback on the “SMART_HOME_RASPBERRYPI… .pdf” You were very responsive. Thanks!

This is an EXCELLENT book. I am up to page 104 and have the node-red system working on my raspberry pi controlling 3 LEDs and have installed and tested the MOSQUITTO  MQTT broker.

I am working through this book like I am a newbie using one of my own publications.

I would like to send feedback about the book over some time period. I am on page 104 of 466 right now.
What is best for you and RNTLAB in this case?  I can do email or whatsapp  or whatever works for you.  It may not be the best way to just keep putting feedback/questions on the forum.  What is your opinion?

There are a few scenarios about “Confusion”:
(1) (USUALLY) everything works just as you show it. Makes me feel smart 🙂
(2) I’m a little confused but reading + – a page or two clears things up. [Maybe feedback here]
(3) I’m not sure what to do or how something works. I search elsewhere for something like “How PUTTY works” and find an answer.[Feedback here]
(4) I’m STUCK.  Search for some answers. Ask YOU for help!  (Which is always given).
But this is a long book. I will be working on this for many days.  What’s the  best way to communicate?
Long ago I was responsible for the design of part of an IBM Factory Control System.  One of the “bumper stickers” I handed out to the team was “NEVER make the User feel STUPID!”  It takes a lot of work to write things and create interactive systems that meet that goal,,  YOU guys are doing FAR better than most with that!
Please delete this topic if that’s best for other users..
Regards, Terry

Hi.

If you have any questions or some issues throughout the eBook, you can open a question here on the forum. Probably there will be other people with similar issues that would benefit from a public discussion on the forum.

To leave feedback you can also open a new thread here on the forum. Or if you would like to write something more detailed, you can send an email to our support page: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/support
Just mention my name and Rui will forward the email to me. Then, we can continue discussing via email.

Please note that the preferred method to ask questions about the technical content of our eBooks is here on the forum.

Regards,
Sara
