BME280 that works with 3.3V, preferably.

Does it matter how many pins is on the unit 4 or 6 ?

Hi.
Both will work fine.
The one with 6 pins allows SPI and I2C communication.
The one with 4 pins only allows I2C.
Usually, we just use I2C communication with the BME280. So I would go with the one with 4 pins.
