As Stéphane said, you can go to Maker Advisor website and see our recommendations for parts.
We have a dedicated section for the parts we use: Maker Advisor Tools
Additionally, there are links in the ESP32-CAM eBook for the parts needed to build the projects. In the Appendix there is a list with the parts required and links.
