Hello,
I am trying to get to this unit ” Accessing the ESP32 web server from anywhere “. Which course should I select ? Is there a similar course for ESP8266 ?

Hello Serge, 
According to our records, you bought the “Build Web Servers with ESP32 and ESP8266 | 2nd Edition” eBook. The Unit presented in that eBook explains to use ngrok to make your ESP web server accessible from anywhere using either the ESP32 or ESP8266 boards. Did you try it?
