Hello, I’ve received an email from PayPal

• “Your payment from 丁亓 屮 is on temporary hold. We need to do a quick security check to make sure 丁亓 屮 logged in to send you money. Your 39,00 USD payment will show as “On Hold” for 24 hours after you receive this email.”

I think has never happened to anyone…. Can you login into your PayPal account and confirm the transaction? It’s just a security step that PayPal took for your payment.

Unfortunately, PayPal cancelled your order:

“Hello Rui Santos ,

We’ve completed our review of the transaction below and found the payment may not be authorized by the PayPal account holder or may be the result of suspicious activity. As a result, we’ve cancelled this transaction.“

So, basically PayPal just cancelled your transaction. Unfortunately I only accept PayPal or credit/debit card at the moment.

I’m not sure… because I think it’s the first time this has happened.
