Hello, I am trying to install LittleFS from instructions on page 60 of your Build_Web_Servers_ESP32_ESP8266_V2. Windows 10 tells me I do not have the autorisation to extract in the Tools folder. Your help is much appreciated.

Hi.
Can you tell me the complete path of the Tools folder?
Can you copy the complete error or paste a print screen?
Regards,
SAra

Hi again.
Is that the only Arduino folder that you have on your computer?
That seems to be the folder for the Arduino app. You should have another folder, I think. How did you install the Arduino IDE?
When installing the Arduino IDE, don’t select the windows app: https://www.arduino.cc/en/software.
Select the first option.
Then, you should be able to install LittleFS.
Let me know if this helps.
Regards,
Sara

Hello Sara,
After uninstalling and I did a sucessfully reinstallion from the first option. It is suprising that the install process is different if you select the MS Store option !
Anyway, I was then able to unzip to the tools directory and proceed to the next steps.
All is well now and I’m back in the saddle ! Thanks for your support.
Best regards
