I haven’t experimented with the WS2813 strips.

I’ve used WS2812B both with Arduino and with ESP32 and they work fine.

Since the WS2813 strips are the successors of the WS2812B, I think these should work well with both boards.

The most appropriate board will depend on what you intend to do with your project.
